Welcome to 3dy.shop shipping & delivery details. Every item is 3D‑printed by us and shipped with care.


Where we ship from

Orders dispatch from Warsaw, Poland.

Processing & dispatch times

Production time: Most orders are made‑to‑order and ship within 1-2 business days. Large or complex prints may take longer (see product pages for notes).

Dispatch days: We ship Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 5 P.M. (CEST) roll to the next dispatch day.

You’ll receive an email when your order is printed, packed, and on the way.

Shipping methods

Standard Tracked (default): Local postal service with tracking.

Upgrades: If you need a faster courier, contact us before ordering for options and a quote. (Availability depends on destination.)

Estimated transit times (after dispatch)

Domestic Poland: 1-2 business days

EU: 2-5 business days

Worldwide: 3-10 days. Estimates are provided by the carrier. Weather, holidays, and customs can extend delivery times.

Tracking your order

All orders ship with tracking. You’ll get a tracking link via email when your label is created.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to show movement after pickup.

Customs, duties & taxes

Within EU: VAT/taxes are included.

Outside EU: Your local customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or handling fees upon arrival. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Packaging & sustainability

Prints are protected with bubble wrap and shipped in boxes sized to reduce waste.

We aim to use recyclable or reused packing materials whenever possible.

Address changes & delivery issues

If you need to change the shipping address, contact us before dispatch and include your order number.

We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Missed delivery / returned to sender

If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address. Additional postage may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no updates for 5 business days domestic or 14 business days international, contact us and we’ll open a case with the carrier.

After the carrier’s investigation window, we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.

Damaged in transit

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll sort a replacement or refund.

Split shipments

Orders with items finishing at different times may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

Holiday & peak periods

Carriers experience heavy volumes during November–January and around public holidays. Please allow extra time.
